Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The rooms, albeit a bit dark, were incredibly spacious, providing a perfect division between the sleeping and living areas. They had everything I needed for a short stay. The service was top-notch, with extremely helpful and friendly staff always ready to assist. The location, right across from the magnificent Retiro park, was simply superb, allowing easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was basic, featuring fruits and cold cuts, but the view made up for it. The facilities were great overall.
Although the room was large and bright with 2 balconies offering a view of Retiro Park, the lack of natural light due to a close high wall was disappointing. The hotel's service was a mix of very helpful staff with some not as courteous. The central location makes it easy to explore Madrid's attractions, but the dining experience, although basic, was not exceptional.
